Franchisee's are the backbone of the Caravan Help network. As a Franchisee, you own and operate your own Caravan Help business within a defined territory, delivering hands-on mechanical and support services directly to our members. We set you up for success from day one with hands-on training, operational systems, quality standards, and ongoing support, so you can focus on what you do best, looking after people on the road. Franchising with Caravan Help means building a real, tangible business with a trusted brand behind you, a growing customer base, and the freedom that comes with being your own boss. We've designed our franchise model around the things that matter most to our franchisee: a better work-life balance, genuine support, quality leads, passive income opportunities, and a territory you can grow into.

Service Partners play an equally important role in making the network work. As a Service Partner, you remain entirely independent, you continue running your existing business exactly as you always have, but you become a trusted, listed provider within the Caravan Help national support network. When a Caravan Help member in your area needs assistance, we connect them with you. Service Partners can include mechanics, caravan repairers, roadhouses, rural stations, caravan parks, parts suppliers, recovery operators, and many more. If your business can offer something useful to a traveller in need, there's a place for you in our network. Joining as a Service Partner is free, and it brings with it increased exposure to travelling customers, inclusion on our national support map, and additional income opportunities, all without disrupting the way you already do business.
